Internet Banking Users:
If you are locked out of Internet Banking because you have forgotten your password and have incorrectly answered your security questions, or you have 3 failed log-in attempts, please call our Contact Center at (502) 368-5858 or 1-800-292-2905 to regain access to your Internet Banking Accounts.

 

If you are logged into Internet Banking and would like to change your password, click on the “User Options” tab toward the top of the page.

  1. Click on the Change Password (PIN) link.
  2. Enter your current password
  3. Enter your new password twice.
  4. Click Change Password to submit your new password information. A confirmation screen appears. If your Email address is on file in the system, and you elect to change your Password, you will receive an Email confirming the change.
  5. If you use SMS Text banking, please see the steps below.

SMS Text Banking Users:

If you change your Internet Banking User ID, Password, or Challenge Questions, you need to login to the text banking interface with your updated Online Banking Credentials before you can continue using the text banking service.  To log into SMS banking after a User ID, password, or challenge questions change, click here.
