If you are currently receiving Estatements, but would like to cancel those and receive paper statements instead, You can cancel eStatements at any time with a 30 day advance notification. To do so, you will need to mail a written request stating that you no longer wish to receive E-Statements to 9203 Smyrna Parkway, Louisville, Ky 40229. Please include your name and address in the cancellation request.
