If you receive a returned check on an eligible check transaction, Intuit will pay you the full amount of the check transaction as long as the check transaction meets the conditions of the guarantee. For detailed terms and conditions of the guarantee, please see the Check Guarantee Services in the Merchant Agreement: www.innovativeagreement.com. Application and acceptance by Intuit to receive Check Guarantee Services is required.
