Share Certificate Loans
Got money tied up in long-term deposits? Wanting to make a purchase with the money? Try our Share Certificate Loan. This program protects your savings by allowing you to borrow against the money deposited in your Share Certificate. You don’t have to risk penalty and loss of dividends. And since it is secured by funds on deposit, it is automatically approved. So you can have the money in as little as 15 minutes.
Features of this loan include rates based on the rate being earned on the certificate being used. If you finance less than $10,000 you pay a rate of 2% above the rate being earned on the Share Certificate. If you finance $10,000 or more, then you pay rate of 1.5% over the rate being earned on the Share Certificate. The maximum term is 10 years as long as your payment is at least $25.
