Browser Support Tips and Recommended Settings


Clear Cache & Cookies
  1. In the upper right-hand corner, click the Menu button (3 vertical dots).
  2. Hover over More Tools. A small popup window will appear.
  3. Click Clear Browsing Data.
  4. In time range drop-down box, select All Time.
  5. Check the following items:
    1. Browsing History
    2. Cookies and other site data
    3. Cached images and files
  6. Click Clear Data.
  7. Close Chrome, then re-open Chrome to apply changes.

Remove Saved Username/Password from Chrome
  1. In the upper right-hand corner, click the Menu button (3 vertical dots).
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Locate Autofill and click Passwords.
  4. Under Saved Passwords, locate LNFCU.com.
  5. Click on the 3 vertical dots to the right of LNFCU.com.
  6. Click Remove.
  7. Close Chrome, then re-open Chrome to apply changes.

Enable Pop-Ups on Chrome
  1. In the upper right-hand corner, click the Menu button (3 vertical dots).
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Locate Privacy and Security, and click Site Settings.
  4. Click Pop-Ups and Redirects.
  5. Toggle Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects. If pop-ups are blocked, some features of Internet Banking could be blocked.

Add L&N to Favorites
  1. Click on the Star button in the address bar OR in the upper right-hand corner, click Menu (3 vertical dots). Then, click Bookmarks, Bookmark this Tab.
  2. In the Name field, enter a name for the bookmark. Example: LNFCU.
  3. Click Done.

Reset Browser to Original Default Settings
Reset Google Chrome settings to return them to the state they were in when Google Chrome was first installed on your PC, which could potentially impact other add-on's or settings you may have changed. Resetting Google Chrome is not reversible, and all previous settings are lost after the reset.

1. Reset Google Chrome Settings
  • Click Menu (3 horizontal lines).
  • Click Settings.
  • Click Show Advanced Settings.
  • Under Reset Settings section, click Reset Settings.
  • Click Reset.
  • Click Delete Personal Settings box.
  • Click Close.
  • Click Ok.

Download Other Browsers
  1. From our homepage, click Need Login Assistance.
  2. Click appropriate Browser icon.
  3. Follow browser's on screen prompts to download.
