  • How do I enable Face ID for my L&N Mobile App (iPhone)?

    To setup Face ID, follow the below instructions. Please note that you must have Face ID enabled on your iPhone before enabling the feature in your L&N Mobile App.

     

    1. Login to your L&N App
    2. Tap More, and locate Settings.
    3. From the Settings screen, tap Face ID.
    4. Toggle the feature on.

     

    To disable Face ID, just go into the L&N Mobile App's Settings and toggle Face ID off.

  • How do I enable Touch ID for my L&N Mobile App (iPhone)?

    To setup Touch ID, follow the below instructions. Please note that you must have Touch ID enabled on your iPhone before enabling the feature in your L&N Mobile App.

     

    1. Login to your L&N App
    2. Tap More, and locate Settings.
    3. From the Settings screen, tap Touch ID.
    4. Toggle the feature on.

  • How do I set up Fingerprint ID for my L&N Mobile App (Android)?

    To setup Fingerprint ID, follow the below instructions. Please note that you must have Fingerprint ID enabled on your Android device before enabling the feature in your L&N Mobile App.

     

    1. Login to your L&N App
    2. Tap More, and locate Settings.
    3. From the Settings screen, tap Fingerprint ID.
    4. Toggle the feature on.

     

    To disable Fingerprint ID, just go into the L&N Mobile App's Settings and toggle Fingerprint ID off.

  • Can I view my eDocuments in the L&N Mobile App?

    Yes, to view your eDocuments within the Mobile App tap More, then eDocuments.

  • Can I view my Purchase Rewards offers through the Mobile App?

    Yes, to view Purchase Rewards offers within the Mobile App, tap More, then Get Cash Back.

  • How do I enable and manage Push Notifications?

    To enable push notifications, log into the app and tap More, then Settings, then Push Notifications. Once the feature is enabled, you may choose which notifications you would like to receive.

  • How do I enable Quick Balance?

    To enable the Quick Balance, log into the app and tap More, then Settings, then Quick Balance, then Current Device. Toggle the Quick Balance feature on. To view your Quick Balance, you can swipe downward anywhere on the login screen once the feature is enabled.

  • Can I make a Member to Member Transfer through the Mobile App?

    Yes, you can now transfer funds from your L&N accounts to another L&N Member’s account from your IOS and Android devices.

    1. Login to your account.
    2. Tap Transfers.
    3. Select From Account.
    4. Select one of your Member to Member recipients as the To Account.

     

    If you need to add a new recipient, please see below.

    1. Log into the L&N app, then tap Transfers.
    2. Tap the To field, then tap Add a Recipient.
    3. Enter the first 3 characters of your recipient's last name.
    4. Account Type = select the account you want to transfer to (Savings, Checking, etc.).
    5. Account Number = 1, 2, etc.
    6. Member Number = enter recipient's member number.
    7. Tap Verify Recipient and then Confirm.
    8. Add Nickname for the recipient. Quick tip: Try entering the Member's full name and Account type. (ie. John Smith Checking).
