Debit Card Alerts & Controls Users

On Tuesday, May 12th, you will be prompted to review and reset your Debit Card Alerts & Controls inside Internet / Mobile Banking. The current Debit Card Alerts & Controls solution will be unavailable at 10:00 P.M. EST on Monday, May 11th. If you’d like to keep receiving alerts on your L&N Debit Card or the ability to turn your debit card off and on after, Tuesday, May 12th, you will need to complete a few quick steps.

  • Sign in to Internet or Mobile Banking.
  • Navigate to Debit Card Alerts & Controls. 
  • Any notifications you’ve previously setup for your
    L&N Debit Card(s) will need to be reset. 
  • If you have previously turned off any L&N Debit Card(s) and want to keep them off, you must toggle to “off” to confirm this.

Debit Card Alerts & Controls

  • Available in Internet Banking and the L&N Mobile App.
  • Turn your debit card on and off with a single touch.
  • Block transactions based on merchant or transaction type and designate spending limits.
  • Receive real-time text, email or push notifications for transactions based on your alert preferences.

Internet Banking Access

  • Log in to Internet Banking
  • From the navigation menu, select "Debit Card Alerts & Controls"

L&N Mobile App Access

  • Log in to the Mobile Banking App
  • iPhone Users - Tap "More" on the bottom of the screen to access "Debit Card Alerts & Controls" in the menu.
  • Android Users: - Tap the menu icon in the top left of the screen to access "Debit Card Alerts & Controls" in the menu.
