Internet Banking

L&N Internet Banking is a FREE and secure service that allows members access to their accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! All transactions performed are in real-time, which gives members up-to-the-minute details on accounts. 
  • View bank account statements and financial notices and other correspondence online for all accounts with eDocuments.
  • Sign up for Account Alerts and customize them to your needs. You can choose to receive Account Alerts via email, text or both!
  • Move Money easily within Internet and Mobile Banking.
  • Transfer funds between your L&N accounts.
  • Joint Owner Access/Share Access with Others – Consolidate your Internet Banking login info on joint accounts or grant individuals limited access to your account in Internet Banking.

Mobile Deposit

Deposit Checks Anytime, Anywhere

L&N's Mobile Deposit is a secure service that allows you to deposit checks into eligible LNFCU accounts from a remote location - all without having to visit a branch or ATM.




Bill Pay

Schedule recurring payments so your regular bills are automatically paid each month. You can sign up for Bill Pay through Internet or Mobile Banking.




Text Banking

SMS Banking allows users to receive balance and transactional data via a short text command. For example; text the letters BAL to 454545 and receive the current and available balances for your primary account securely over to your cell phone.

Text Commands:
  • BAL      Primary balance
  • LAST    Last 5 transactions
  • TRANS Transfer funds to primary account
  • STOP    Deactivate service
  • HELP    Help keywords
This service is free of charge, but standard carrier fees for text messaging may apply. Please check with your wireless carrier if you aren’t sure what fees apply when you send and receive text messages.
Notifications may be delayed up to 24 hours.




eDocuments

  • Access electronic versions of your account statements and financial notices quickly and securely.
  • Protect yourself from fraud by viewing your statements and notices via our secure Internet Banking site rather than having your sensitive financial information sent through the mail
  • Access up to 2 years of archived financial documents
  • Share documents electronically with Share Access Users, no more manually printing and sending documents (visit our FAQs for directions).




Mobile Payment / Digital Wallet

An easy, secure, and private way to make purchases.
To pay, just hold your phone near a participating merchant's contactless reader. A vibration and beep will let you know your payment has been accepted. 






























































































From a Browser
  1. From the L&N homepage, locate the Internet Banking login Box, click Internet Banking Registration.
    • Create a Username and Password
    • Enter your;
      • SSN or TIN, without hyphens
      • Account Number
      • ZIP
    • Read and agree to the Terms & Conditions by checking the box. Then click Complete Sign Up.
  2. From the Sign up completed screen, click Confirm contact information.
    • If you receive a Pending Review screen, please call us at (502) 368-5858, (800) 292-2905 or visit a branch.
  3. From the Secure Login screen, select the desired verification method. A 6-digit code will be sent to you.
  4. Enter the 6-digit code in the Enter code field. If you are logging in from your personal device select the option Yes, register my private device. If not, choose No, this is a public device.

From the Mobile App
  1. Download L&N’s Mobile Banking app by visiting your app store.
  2. From the L&N Mobile App, tap Sign up.
  3. From the Secure Sign Up screen
    • Create a Username and Password
    • Enter your;
      • SSN or TIN, without hyphens
      • Account Number
      • ZIP
    • Read and agree to the Terms & Conditions by checking the box. Then click Complete Sign Up.
  4. From the Sign up completed screen, click Confirm contact information.
    • If you receive a Pending Review screen, please call us at (502) 368-5858, (800) 292-2905 or visit a branch.
  5. A screen will appear to confirm your contact information and verify your identity. Select the desired verification method and follow the prompts to complete the verification process.
  6. Once your identity has been confirmed, your account balances will appear.
Enroll From the Mobile App
  1. Once you are logged in, tap More and select eDocuments.
  2. A new screen will open, and you will be asked to accept the Disclosure.
  3. Next, complete your User Profile by entering your current email address, cell phone carrier and cell phone number.
  4. Your Document Delivery Preference will automatically be set to All by Electronic.
  5. Agree to Terms and Conditions and click Complete Sign up.
  6. Once you have entered all the required information, click Save. You are now enrolled in eDocuments!
To return to view your account balances, click Close in the upper right-corner.
 
Enroll From a Browser
  1. Once you are logged in, click the eDocuments tab.
  2. A new page will open, and you will be asked to accept the Disclosure.
  3. Next, complete your User Profile by entering your current email address, cell phone carrier and cell phone number. Your Document Delivery Preference will automatically be set to All by Electronic.
  4. Once you have entered all the required information, click Save. You are now enrolled in eDocuments!
To return to view your account balances, click Close Window at the top of the page.
Internet Banking
  • Go to www.lnfcu.com and log in to Internet Banking.
  • Click Additional Services, then Alerts & Notifications.
  • Click the Activate button. Enter your cell phone number in the space provided, check the Terms & Conditions, and click Next.
  • You will receive an activation code to your cell phone.
  • Enter your activation code in the space provided and click next.
  • From the drop-down menus, select your Primary Account and Transfer Source.
    Customize your SMS Alerts* and click finish!
Mobile App
  • Log into the L&N Mobile App.
  • Tap More, Settings, and lastly My Settings.
  • Swipe to the bottom of the page, and tap Alert & Notifications.
  • Tap the Activate button. Enter your cell phone number in the space provided, check the Terms & Conditions box, and click Next.
  • You will be sent an activation code to your cell phone.
  • Enter your activation code in the space provided and click next.
  • From the drop-down menus, select your Primary Account and Transfer Source.
  • Customize your SMS Alerts* and click finish!
Changing Passwords
If you are locked out of Internet Banking because you have forgotten your password, or you have 5 failed log-in attempts, please call our Contact Center at (502)368-5858 or 1-800-292-2905 to regain access to your Internet Banking Accounts.

If you are logged into Internet Banking and would like to change your password, click on the My Settings link at the top of the page.

  1. Log into internet banking using your current username and password.
  2. Click the My Settings link in the top right hand corner.
  3. Under the Login & Security section, next to the Password field, click the Update link.
  4. Enter your current password.
  5. Enter your new password twice.
  6. Click Save to submit your new password information. You will receive an email confirming the change.
